• Payments are processed by Stripe. Currency and applicable taxes/fees are shown at checkout before confirmation.
• Course access is provisioned within 24 hours of successful payment to the email used at checkout.
• Consulting scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in writing (proposal, order form, or email).

4) No Refunds

5) Intellectual Property & License

• All course materials, templates, frameworks, videos, texts, and other content are owned by Visionary Media LLC or its licensors.

• Upon termination, licenses granted to you end and you must cease use of the materials.

10) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12) Indemnification

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
